Byron, Burger Restaurant in Bluewater, Dartford, Greenhithe, Kent is an American-inspired chain diner serving a variety hamburgers with a choice of toppings, sides and salads.

My first time eating at Byron Burgers diner in Bluewater was over the Christmas period, so their ‘Holy Cheesemas’ caught my eye as soon as I picked up the menu!

The Holy Cheesemas is a beef patty, served with a variety of cheeses including American cheese, smoked cheese and a cheese crisp. The burger also comes with pickled red onions, lettuce, spicy garlic mayonnaise an onion ring and a scoop of bacon macaroni cheese.

In addition to this, I also ordered a bowl of Molten Byron Cheese Sauce which came in a side bowl for some serious cheesemas burger dunking!

Although I cued for a good 20 minutes to be seated, the service was friendly and the restaurant was chilled, with industrial, steel beams, vents and bright yellow signage throughout.

The open kitchen was also a nice touch and gave me an opportunity to see a variety of burgers being served.

Aside from the food, Byron offers a variety of drinks, including a number of milkshakes, a lager which has been brewed specifically for Byron by The Camden Brewing Company including their very own lagers which are served in ice cool Byron branded cans.

Although there are a number of other burger restaurants in Bluewater, Byron cuts the mustard and dishes up a variety of seasonal burgers and year-round classics.
